Hi Barker Families! We have a little less than a week left for our Fall Fundraiser!
DID YOU KNOW....
You (& your friends + family) can get FREE SHIPPING. Use the paper order form that came home in the Charleston Wrap Envelope. You can browse the catalog, then put the item code on the paper form. You'll turn in the paper form + collected payment on 10/3 to your child's teacher when our fundraiser ends. Those orders will get shipped to school for free, and we will distribute to your student when it arrives in early November. You then distribute the goods to your customer. (I was informed by our Rep you can only order FROM THE CATALOG if you use the paper form. Unfortunately you cannot order items from the online shop using the paper form).
Your friends + family who DON'T LIVE LOCAL can participate in this fundraiser by ordering online through your student's fundraiser link. If they spend a certain amount ($98+) they will get free shipping. If they don't hit the free shipping amount, shipping is roughly $15. When orders are placed through your student's online link, the items get shipped directly to your customer's home!
You can get creative to eliminate or lessen shipping costs! Ask local family or groups of friends to place an order online together -this can help them get free shipping or will cut the cost of shipping down! I have family that lives local, and they are sending me a list of what they'd like to order. I'm going to place one big order online (they'll venmo me what their items cost), and when the items arrive to my house, I'll distribute them to them. Win/Win!
HOW DO I GET A SHOPPING LINK FOR MY STUDENT? You have to register them...and it's really EASY - go to www.registercw.com Use our school code 20587. If you already signed up you will have an email from supportme@charlestonwrap.com titled "CW Registration is complete" this email has the link to your student's shopping page to continue to send to more family & friends. That email also has a link that allows you to check your student's Dashboard to see if folks are placing orders.
WHEN WILL MY KID GET THEIR PRIZES? Students will receive their prizes at the conclusion of the fundraiser. The only prize they can collect daily/weekly is the Coop Crew Chicken. They can bring the Coop Crew coupon (located at the bottom of the prize poster) to the office before school, during recess or after school to pick out their Coop Crew chicken! Not sure if anyone has ordered items from your student's shopping link? If you check your student's dashboard (link is in the email I referenced above that includes your student's shopping link) click on your student's name...it will take you to a page that shows how many items have been sold! They can collect a new Coop Crew every few items sold! If you lost your coupons/prize poster w the coupons- just write a note saying how many items your student has sold. We will honor your note & give your student their earned Coop Crew chicken. *Students also receive a pencil topper when 10 & 20 people visit their fundraiser page. This prize gets distributed to students at the end of each week.
Our Fall Fundraiser helps to send our Barker students on a class field trip! Our goal for this fundraiser is $10,000. We are currently at $4,500.
