Enrollment for all new students Begins February 4th

ENROLLMENT FOR ALL NEW STUDENTS BEGINS

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4^th

All students NEW to Garden Grove School District must PRE-ENROLL for the 2026/2027 school year through AERIES ONLINE ENROLLMENT (AIR), a step-by-step online program (available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Korean).  Students enrolled in a GGUSD Preschool do not need to complete the Aeries Online Enrollment, but must make an appointment to enroll and bring the required documents listed below.

Once the pre-enrollment process is complete, please call the office (714) 663-6141  for an appointment to finish enrollment.

Print out the pre-enrollment checklist and bring in the required documents to complete enrollment.

****If your child has an IEP, including speech, please provide a current copy****

Enrollment Appointment Times (plan for 30 minutes):

9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30

PROOF OF BIRTHDATE

One of the following:

• A certified copy of a birth record
• A baptism certificate duly attested
• A passport
• A statement of the local registrar or county certifying the date of birth
• Immigration visa
• An affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor when none of the above is available

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

• DTP - Five doses; four doses meet requirement if at least one dose was given on or after 4^th
• Hepatitis B - Three doses
• MMR - Two doses – both given on or after 1^st birthday
• Polio – Four doses or three if at least one dose was given on or after the 4^th birthday
• Varicella - Two doses OR documentation by a health provider - evidence of varicella disease (chicken pox) or immunity

VERIFICATION OF HOME ADDRESS

Must present a Driver’s License or Passport with photo ID AND TWO of the following (in addition to a verification form):

• Current Income Tax Documents or Property Tax Payment Receipts
• Current Rental Property or Lease Agreement (please include payment receipts)
• Current Utility Bills including both parts, top and bottom (electric, gas or water)
• Current Voter Registration
• Current Payroll Stub (both name and address must appear on the payroll stub)
• Current Social Services Documents (i.e Cal Fresh, Medicaid, SNAP, etc)
• (We cannot accept cell phone or cable/internet bills)
